2002年4月15日,中国石油天然气股份有限公司收购美国戴文能源公司在印尼的全部油气资产,成立了中油国际(印尼)公司,正式进入印尼市场从事油气勘探、开发和经营业务。截至2007年底,中油国际(印尼)公司在印尼油气开发领域的投资累计已经超过10亿美元。

On April 15, 2002, PetroChina purchased all the gas and oil assets owned by American Devon Energy Corporation in Indonesia to establish PetroChina International (Indonesia) Co., Ltd in order to enter into the market of Indonesia to engage in exploration, development and operation of the oil and gas. By the end of 2007, the accumulative investment of PetroChina International (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. in the field of oil and gas exploration had Exceeded 1 billion US dollars.

风港电站项目是印尼使用中国优惠出口买方信贷建设的第一个项目,装机容量2×115MW,合同额1.94亿美元。2007年,中国企业中标印尼8个30万千瓦以上的电站项目,总金额超过50亿美元。

The Labuhan Angin Power Plant is the first project built in the way of favorite export buyer's credit provided by China to Indonesia. The installed capacity of the project is 2x115MW, and the contract price reaches 194 million US dollars. In 2007, Chinese enterprises won eight bids of the plant projects above 300,000 kilowatts, the total amount of which exceeded 5 billion US dollars.
