2003年中国政府同意帮助安哥拉政府建设罗安达总医院。该医院建筑面积7914平方米，有100个床位。援建的罗安达总医院2004年7月开工，2005年11月底完工。2006年2月3日，该医院举行了正式启用仪式，安哥拉共和国总统多斯桑托斯和议长、总理及众多内阁部长出席。

In 2003, the Chinese government agreed to help the government of Angola to the construction of Luanda General Hospital with 100 seats and 7, 914 square meters floor space. This project was started in July 2004,and completed in November 2005 and put into use with the formal ceremony held on February3, 2006. Dos Santos, President of Angola, Speaker, Prime Minister and many Cabinet members attended the ceremony.

With great promotion of the Chinese and Angolan government, China-Angola cooperation project credit, economic and technological package started up formally in 2005. The project covering Angolan sanitation, education, agriculture and other areas extended all over 18 provinces, accomplished remarkable achievements and received the high appraisement Angolan.

Since Angolan achieved peace in 2002, China’s enterprises have actively attended themselves to do rebuilt after Angolan war, entered into Angola, carried on a great deal of infrastructure construction projects like highways, railways, municipal services, ports, wharf, housing and others, and gotten extended portion of Angolan Project Contracting Market.
