由陕西建工集团总公司承建的雅温得会议大厦建于上世纪70年代末。30年来，该大厦经历了喀麦隆的历史变迁，喀麦隆乃至中部非洲的许多重要会议、活动均在此举行，在中部非洲具有巨大影响。会议大厦位于雅温得市的最高点，是喀麦隆的标志性建筑。

The Yaounde Conference Building, built in the late 1970s, was constructed by Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation. Over the past three decades, the building has witnessed many changes in the history of Cameroon. Many important meetings and activities for Cameroon and even Central Africa were held here and it has great impact on this region. Located at the highest point in Yaounde, the building is a landmark in Cameroon.

The medical cooperation between the two ries has far-reaching impact on the life of Cameroonian people. They are respected and loved with good medical skills and hard-working spirit. So far, 14 Chinese medical teams have been sent to Cameroon.

The Lagdo Hydropower Station, with a 72,000 kW of generating capacity, built in the 1980s, played an important role in the economic development of Cameroon.

      由中国政府出资援建的雅温得体育馆于2008年5月竣工，已成为中喀友谊的见证。该体育馆占地面积38000平方米，拥有5100个座位，主馆面积1200平方米。体育馆设备先进、外观优美，是喀麦隆的又一个标志性建筑。

Yaounde Stadium, completed in May 2008, was funded by the Chinese Government, a proof of the China-Cameroon friendship. The stadium occupies 38,000 square meters, with 5,100 seats and equipped with advanced facilities. The main part of the stadium is 1,200 square meters. With graceful shape, it has become another landmark building in Cameroon.
