中几贸易始于上世纪60年代，其发展经历了以下几个阶段：80年代贸易额较小，平均在150万－600万美元之间；进入90年代，增长较快，从1000多万美元提高到5000多万美元；2004年首次突破亿美元；2007年猛增到3.57亿美元。中国商品总进口量在几内亚居第二位，仅次于欧盟。

      由中国政府援建的几内亚总统府是几国举行国庆招待会、接见外国领导人、使节递交国书、召开内阁会议等重大活动的主要场所。其占地面积35000平米，建筑面积5868平米，主体两层，钢筋混凝土框架结构。1996年开工，1999年交付使用，是几内亚标志性建筑，也是中几友谊的重要象征。

Guinean Presidential Office Building is the main place where National Day receptions are held and foreign leaders are met, and it is also the place where credentials are submitted by foreign diplomats and cabinet meetings are held . It covers an area of 35,000 square metres, and the building area covers 5,868 square meters. The major part of Presidential office building is a two-storey reinforced concrete frame, which began to construct in the year of 1996, and have been completed and put into use in 1999, which is the symbolic building in Guinea, and a token of friendship between China and Guinea.

      2003年，河南国际公司承建几内亚首都机场高速公路项目，合同总额2954万美元。项目建成后，极大缓解了首都中心城区到机场的交通压力，也为科纳克里增添了一道亮丽的风景线。

In 2003, Henan International Company contracted to construct the project of Guinean Capital Airport Highway with a total contract value of $29.54 million. Upon its completion, this project has greatly released the traffic pressure the capital center to the airport and it also becomes the most splendid view of Conakry.
