改革开放以来，中丹货物贸易迅猛增长，2007年贸易额达64.1亿美元，比1978年增长145倍。中国是丹麦在全球的第4大进口国、第5大出口国，已成为丹麦在欧盟以外的最大贸易伙伴。服务贸易成为双边贸易的重要组成部分。
      丹麦对华投资始于1982年。截至2007年底，丹在华投资企业共504个，累计合同外资22.21亿美元，实际投入10.07亿美元。2007年度实际投入比1982年增长了124倍。近年来，中国对丹投资也呈现积极发展态势。

Since the Opening-up and Reform, China-Denmark bilateral trade in goods has grown rapidly. In 2007, the volume of bilateral trade in goods reached 6.41 billion USD, increased by 145 times since 1978, making China become Denmark’s biggest trading partner outside EU as well as the 4th biggest importing ry and the 5th biggest exporting destination. Trade in services has become an important part in bilateral trade.
Danish investment in China started in 1982. By the end of 2007, Denmark had invested in 504 projects in China, with the total accumulative contractual value of 2.221 billion USD and the realized value of 1.007 billion USD. The realized value of 2007 has increased by 124 times compared with that of 1982. In recent years, China’s investment in Denmark also showed a rapidly developing momentum.
