Deepening China-Ireland Economic & Trade Exchanges & Cooperation


      自1986年以来,中爱两国已如期召开了九届经贸和科技混委会,两国企业、商协会等团组互访频繁。2007年3月,中国商务部和爱尔兰企贸部在都柏林联合举办了“爱尔兰—中国国际软件论坛”暨中国国际软件与信息服务交易会首届海外分会,促进了中爱软件行业的交流与合作。

Since 1986, China and Ireland have held nine Joint Commission for Economic, Trade and Technological Cooperation, and the companies, associations and other groups the two sides have also enjoyed frequent exchange of visits. In March 2007, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Enterprise, Trade & Employment of Ireland co-sponsored the “Ireland -China International Software Forum” and the first overseas session of the China International Software & Information Service Fair in Dublin, which promoted exchanges and cooperation in software industry between the two ries.

中爱贸易与相互投资增长显著

Remarkable Increase of Mutual Investment between China & Ireland


      截至2007年底,中国对爱累计投资2619万美元,包括联想集团爱尔兰电脑公司、华为爱尔兰分公司等投资项目。2008年5月21日,中国飒特欧洲(爱尔兰)公司在爱北部城市敦道克正式开业,这是第一家由爱尔兰投资发展署协助引进的中资企业。

By the end of 2007, Chinese accumulated investment in Ireland has reached 26.19 million U.S. dollars, including investment by Lenovo and Huawei and other investment projects. On May 21st, 2008, SATIR Ireland Company went formally into business the northern city Dundaoc, which is the first Chinese investment facilitated by the Irish Development Agency.

      1979年中爱建交时,双边贸易额仅为515万美元,2007年增长至64亿美元。自2005年以来,中国已连续三年保持爱尔兰在亚洲的最大贸易伙伴地位。2006年2月,爱尔兰税务局启用了从同方威视公司进口的新型车载式集装箱检查系统。

Bilateral trade volume in 1979, when diplomatic relations was just established between the two ries, was only 5.15 million U.S. dollars, but in 2007 it has rocketed to 6.4 billion U.S. dollars. Since 2005, China has maintained the position as Ireland’s largest Asian trading partner for three consecutive years. In February 2006, the Irish Revenue initiated a new vehicle-mounted container inspection system imported China’s Nuctech Company Limited.
