The Principality of Andorra is located in the east valley of Pyrenees Mountains with precipitous terrain and the latitude of above 900 meters. Belonging to the mountain climate, the ry has the annual average temperature of 9.1。C. Its winter is very long and cold, and the mountains are covered by snow as long as eight months. It is very dry and cool in summer there. There are seven administrative regions in the ry.

安道尔1991年7月1日加入欧洲关税同盟，实行低税，不征所得税，有“无税天堂”之称。首都安道尔城内商店林立，商品琳琅满目，向外国旅游者提供各类生活日用品。

On July 1st, 1991, Andorra entered into European Customs Union. It implements the low tax policy and does not impose income tax, so the ry is known as “heaven of no tax”. There are many stores and commodities in the capital Andorra City. Various daily necessities can be supplied to the foreign tourists.

The Developing Trade of Goods between Andorra and China
据中国海关统计，1994年中安建交当年，双边贸易额为117万美元，全部是中方出口。2005年双边贸易额达到324万美元，是历史最好水平，其中中方出口323万美元。

According to the statistics of China customs, the bilateral trade volume was US$1.17 million all of which was contributed by Chinese export in 1994 when diplomatic relation between Andorra and China was established. In 2005, the bilateral trade volume reached US$3.24 million, the best in the history, among which China exported US$3.23 million.
