应巴哈马要求，中国政府援助巴哈马建设可容纳30000人的国家体育场。经过中巴双方政府官员、工程技术人员的共同努力，已经完成了可行性研究和建筑设计工作。

At the request of the government of The Bahamas, China plans to build a national stadium with a capacity of 20,000 spectators. Officials and technicians of the two ries have finished the feasibility study and the architectural design through joint effort .

      2006年以来，巴方部长、常秘、司长等高官和技术人员60余人次赴华参加涉及工业、农业、贸易、投资、防灾、新闻、教育、体育、档案管理、中文、外交、中国传统手工艺等领域的培训。通过这些培训，增进了中巴双方尤其是巴各界对中国的了解，促进了友好合作和经贸往来。

Since 2006, more than 60 high-level officials including ministers, permanent secretaries, director generals and technicians have been to China to receive trainings in the fields of industry, agriculture, trade, investment, disaster prevention, news, educations, sports, archive management, Chinese language, diplomacy, Chinese traditional handicraft art, etc. These trainings enhance the understanding of the two parties of China and The Bahamas, especially all levels of The Bahamas to China, and also promote the friendly cooperation and economic and trade relations.

      2006年9月27日，中巴双方签署优惠贷款协议，中国进出口银行向巴方提供优惠贷款，供巴海关购买两套清华同方威视公司的车载集装箱检测系统。目前，两套系统分别在拿骚和大巴哈马岛弗里波特港海关使用。

On September 27, 2006, the two parties of China and The Bahamas signed the preferential loan agreement. The loan was supplied by the Export and Import Bank of China for Bahamas customs ,which was used to purchase two sets of THSCANTM MT1213LT Mobile Container Scanners. At present, the two sets are running in the Nassau Customs and the Freeport Customs of Grand Bahama Island respectively.
